What payment methods can I use?

Purchases from Thevorsia accept PayPal and Credit Card payments.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Payments at Thevorsia are processed through PayPal and Credit Card. In case of payment issues, you should contact your credit card provider.

When will my order from Thevorsia arrive?

The products you have ordered will be delivered to you within the product delivery date range specified in the product details or the distance sales contract page. You can access the delivery date of the products you ordered from the "My Orders" section. All your orders are listed with details.

You can track the order status in the detailed status of your order, which includes options such as confirmed, shipped, and delivered. At Thevorsia, we strive to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible. After your order is shipped, you will be informed via SMS by the shipping company. If there is any delay, you can contact us.

Can I change the shipping address?

Once shipped by Thevorsia, address changes cannot be made.

Return Policy

Can I make a return for the products I purchased from Thevorsia?

In case of any deformities or receiving a product different from what you purchased from Thevorisa, product returns can be made within 72 hours (3 business days) from the day the product was received. We do not accept returns for reasons other than those specified in our policy

How does Thevorsia's return acceptance process work?

The products returned to us go through a product evaluation and return policy check. The compatibility with our return policy is verified based on the return reason created by customer service. Products returned for reasons outside our return policy are not accepted.

How can I complete the return process?

The product to be returned must be repackaged with the invoice or e-invoice, along with the original packaging in which it was delivered, and contact Thevorsia customer service within 72 hours (3 business days) without exceeding the specified time. For return processes, a customer representative from Thevorsia will create a record for your return based on the order number of the product you purchased and provide you with a return number to return the product through the courier service provider we are working with for delivery."
